Remedial Massage
Uses similar techniques as Sports Massage. Helping you to recover from injuries picked up in everyday life. Remedial Massage also looks more at the overall postural problems that you might have that contribute to niggling pains or injuries and starts to redress these. Some soreness may occur after the massage.

Holly brings over 20 years of experience working with elite teams and athletes. She collaborates with travelling teams in Sydney across various sports, including Rugby Union, NRL, and AFL, to address their recovery needs. Additionally, she supports elite athletes in their event preparation and recovery processes.

Sports Injuries
The risk of sports injuries can be significantly reduced if a specific injury prevention program is used.
Common sports injuries include:
Muscles strains - quads, hamstrings, calf
Tendon injuries - achilles, ITB, patella, rotator cuff, shoulder impingement, gluteal
Joint sprains - knee, shoulder, ankle, fingers
Rehabilitation from surgery - knee, shoulder, ankle, arthroscopies or reconstructions
Dry Needling
This is a very effective treatment and is used in conjunction with massage to help alleviate pain and release chronically tight muscles and muscles in spasm. It involves inserting acupuncture needles into muscle tissue, ligaments or tendons. Some soreness may occur after this treatment.
